Dato' John Chan Yee Hua - Managing Director

Mr. Chan is the managing director and founder of Ace Empire. Drive and passionate, Mr. Chan holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University in Perth, Australia. He began his remarkable career in a highly reputable main board listed development company. Following this, he spearheaded the property portfolio of his family's Liangsiang Group of companies, which includes residential developments, land banking and real estate investments.

 

His expertise and his vast local know-how make him an invaluable asset and being a visionary, he is sensitive to market demands and trends. Mr. Chan holds various important positions in multiple business chambers and enjoys good local network in Malaysia.

Shanne Sok Aixuan - Executive Director

Ms Shann is the executive director and founder of Ace Empire. She holds a Bachelors degree in Accountancy and began her esteemed career at the age of 23, when she took over the reins of her family's business - Singapore's Kingsland Development Pte Ltd.

 

The following 10 years has seen her garner an impressive track record in industrial space developments as the Executive Director of Kingsland Development. With a portfolio of over 100 high tech business spaces and data centres, Kingsland Development is notable for being a niche property developer and landlord of custom spaces for industrial purposes.

 

Being well-versed in Singapore's network of investors, Ms Shann is the bridge between Singaporean investors and opportunities in Iskandar Malaysia. Moreover, she is a regular feature in Singapore's business magazines, including cover features for SME Business Times and The Business Times.
